Nadine: Last night?
Leyla: Uh-huh?
Nadine: Best night ever.
Leyla: Ah-ha. Nikolas Cassadine?
Nadine: So, you know, he invited me out to Wyndemere?
Leyla: Yeah.
Nadine: Yeah, my expectations were so low, I didn’t even bother getting dressed up. Imagine my surprise when I show up to a totally romantic dinner for two. I’m talking candles, fine china, whole nine yards. Butler — seriously — butler.
Leyla: Sounds wonderful.
Nadine: No, that doesn’t even begin to describe it. I mean, there was dancing — no, sorry, waltzing. It was like flying before — hey, Nikolas.
Nikolas: I have a meeting with Dr. Stanton.
Leyla: Oh, ok, I’ll let him know.
Nikolas: Ok. He’s going to refer some patients to the clinic.
Nadine: Great.
Nikolas: Well, thank you for dinner last night. I had a really nice time.
Nadine: Yeah.
Leyla: You can go back now.
Nikolas: Ok, thanks.
Nadine: “Really nice”?

Nadine: Can you spare a word of advice about Nikolas?
Elizabeth: I can try.
Nadine: I think I may have misinterpreted. For a guy like Nikolas — handsome, cultivated, sophisticated — having a woman over for a four-course meal and dancing, that’s like no big deal, right? Sort of more like a coffee date for a normal guy. So whereas the woman is swept off her feet, for someone like Nikolas, it’s just no big deal, right?
Nikolas: Elizabeth can’t answer that question. Why don’t you come right to the source?

Nadine: You probably think I’m one of those people who babble on and on to any convenient warm body about stuff that should –
Nikolas: No.
Nadine: Really be kept private.
Nikolas: No, not at all. I think you’re terrific. I just wish that you would come to me with questions about me. And just to set the record straight, I had a great time last night and hope that we can do it again soon.
Nadine: If you’re saying that just to be polite, don’t bother.
Nikolas: Polite? Well, yeah, there’s no doubt about that. I’m pathologically polite. I also have a low threshold for boredom. So I would never ask you to come back to my home if I didn’t enjoy your company — which i do very much. Have a nice day.
